You can expect him to stand in front of the net and try to score with his patented between the legs move. Even though it fails 99 percent of the time.

Has a great slap shot but it’s rarely used. Should be a good addition at that cost. His d end play was always lacking but he can step that up when challenged and motivated. Last years train wreck in Philly was not a good motivator

Around 45 points. Probably 20 something goals.

30-35 points, with 15-18 goals is my guess. This is good value for a 1k contract. Good on the second PP but he is a bit gassed. Expect little from his defensive efforts.

Welcome John. Great write up. We were wondering what happened to Anthony. Hope he is well. Its also good to see another B's blog up.

JVR for me is either going to work out where he plays second line and has a slight resurgence. I dont expect him to be a world beater. If he gets any time with Zacha and Pasta he should be good for decent production I would hope. (Assuming Bergy is coming back).

Once you are done touching on the free agents, I would be interesting to hear a few things on the kids they selected at the draft this year. Quite a few unknowns there for me personally. But just a thought if you're interested.

That would be awesome, but if he even breaks 30 points I think I would be ok with that. I dont expect he will play all the games.

My best guess is 10-15 goals, 30-40 points. 40 on the high end. I will be pleasantly surprised if he puts up more.

JVR could be good for a year. Be interesting to see if there is uptick in his production as a result of a new and far more positive situation.
